"Everything about the Commons at Union Ranch is wonderful. The living quarters and the dining room are beautiful. They have many activities. The food is great. It’s like being on a cruise ship that doesn’t move. The staff is wonderful. Everyone that we dealt with was so friendly, polite, professional, and compassionate. We would absolutely recommend the Commons for assisted living."

"It’s a privilege to be working here. I love the residents and their families. I feel like I am still doing my ministry back home in the Philippines. I have a ministry called “Seniors for Christ”, and it’s satisfying to love and care for them! My heart is full! Thank you, MBK❤️"

"Making the decision to have my mom leave her home, was a very difficult one for all of us. My mom had a very difficult time accepting why she would need to leave her home. My mother is 72 years old, my father died 6 years ago at the age of 72. They've lived in their home here in Manteca for 36 years. My father passed on hospice in this house and my mother wanted to also, but she has dementia and over the last 6 years that his began to worse than a bit. She didn't want to go, but we did everything we could to keep her safe here and take care of her. We searched three places in Manteca. We wanted her to stay in Manteca where all of us live so that we can drop in whenever we want, and see her all the time. She's only been there about a month and a half. I went over last week because I was having a hard time and needing my mom. As she held me and comforted me, we began to talk and she thanked me for pushing her a little bit to go into assisted living. She proceeded to tell me how happy she is there and how she was she would have listened to me earlier. When we do pop in a visitor she's always hanging out with one particular resident, that resident is now her best friend. I won't say who that is but that friend also has the same unique name as her mother did, my grandmother. She also comes from the same state not far from where my grandmother lived. My mother is very happy residing at the commons and we are so relieved that she is so well cared for there. They are always happy and smiling when we arrive. People always greet us staff is very friendly from the director to housekeeping , in the dining hall and the med tech, everyone is very friendly and sweet. We no longer worry about my mom her safety and her condition being treated we know she's being taken such good care of there."

"My mother, Lilli Hunter received outstanding care during her time at the Commons. While she was on hospice, the entire staff provided for all her needs quickly and demonstrated extreme patience and kindness. Especially helpful during my mother's last days were Grace, Karen, Joleen, Maddi, every caregiver and every med-tech. I cannot describe the peace of mind we experienced because my mother was so well cared for at your facility."
