"My husband and I lived in Duval. We moved out of the city so that our children could grow up in the country. I used to drive past all the time and say "I would never live there because it's too close to the road". And now that I live here and have experienced it for myself, it really doesn't bother me. My husband retired and we had 30 good years together in retirement. We discovered through some medical appointments that he had some heart troubles that would eventually take his life. During this time, we had looked at other communities and didn't like them very much. When we came to The Creekside, they had exactly what I was looking for. My husband told me that this would be perfect and I would make a lot of friends here. And I have made quite a few friends. As a place to stay everything has been WONDERFUL. YOu don't have to wait for anything. They take care of everything on time, maintain excellent housekeeping, and a wonderful dining program. The staff is very responsive to our needs. I have a great time here and enjoy participating in events. When I put my key in the door... I AM HOME. I am also really grateful about how well the staff treats my children when they visit."

"I recently had to manage my dad's transition to Creekside independent living facility, and I’m truly grateful for having found this place. They are affordable and extremely helpful at navigating the transition, which has made a significant difference for us. The food is good, and the staff is as friendly as they were during our first visit, always making sure my dad feels safe, comfortable, and independent. Their genuine care and support have really eased this process for us. I highly recommend Creekside to anyone looking for a supportive environment for their loved ones!"

"Since moving into Creekside at the end of February 2025, I have attended some of the many activities that are available to its residents. These activities are only possible because of a very fantastic, hard-working woman who heads up this program. Her name is Katie Matthews and she really pulled off the first ever Sadie Hawkins Day at Creekside this past weekend (3/29/25). Katie and her crew of staff members did an outstanding job decorating for this occasion, even down to the fresh straw bales. Several reviews have mentioned the many food options available, and they were spot on about how everything was presented and the effort put on by Chef Justin and his crew of helpers. Katie also arranged for live music and it was clear as the evening progressed that the residents and visitors very much enjoyed the variety of music that was played for their entertainment. The seniors at Creekside really did themselves proud on the dance floor!! As I said before, Katie spearheaded this event, put her heart and soul into its success, and along with the “all decks on hand” approach from the staff, the evening can only be described a HUGE success as evidenced by the smiling faces of all who attended. Clearly, this event needs 10 stars and more!!"

"Best independent Living facility in the Eastside. Creekside offers the best activity options for seniors. Come and learn about our Mystery Trips! Best equipped kitchens and bathroom laundry, best food, food service, and our management team is tops in this area, too! After living here 1 year, I can tell you we are very happy here. If you like smiles and great activities, this is the place for you too."
