"The Charleston is a very clean and well maintained home. I watched a young employee clean the baseboards with a scrub brush and bucket of disinfectant from morning until evening. The entire facility smelled so fresh when she finished. I'm thankful for the humble service the team provides my mother."

"When we placed our mom at the Charleston I was so impressed with the care and friendship that was shown her, not just from the staff but from the residents also. A short time later I began working at the Charleston. I loved seeing the, behind the scenes, actions from staff. They always speak respectfully about the residents. They're always smiling and never act 'put-out' from helping. They are so joyful to be around. The Charleston is a happy and safe place for the Residents. I love, love, love working here."
