"I currently work at The Reserve at Thousand Oaks and by far this is the best assisted-living facility I have ever worked for management is awesome. They are very understanding. Elizabeth The executive Director shows compassion towards the residence but also to the caregiving staff when you see her, she’s always smiling and she just makes you feel comfortable I also wanted to say my manager Shirley is amazing any concerns or questions that I have had she has always made me feel heard and I will forever appreciate her. Shirley is very proactive anytime we need help She does not hesitate to step in also, Jessica the Medtech is phenomenal she is so hard-working and very good at communicating with the staff The residence are very sweet and they always let you know how much they appreciate you which makes you feel good Renee, Angie, Hilda, and Brianna are an outstanding team they have excellent leadership, great communication skills and have wonderful personalities I am so grateful to be working with them."

"I cannot say enough positive things about the wonderful, clean, happy, caring, and cheerful environment and fantastic staff at The Reserve in Thousand Oaks. We moved our very independent 96 years old mother from her own home in Florida to a one bedroom apartment at The Reserve to be regularly looked after and be closer to family. The amazing team at The Reserve made a difficult and challenging life transition for mom and the whole family as easy as possible with understanding, caring, support and compassion. Mom has adjusted nicely and is a regular participant in social and physical activities improving her well-being and happiness. She says the staff and residents all really care for one another and act like a big family. We visited over 20 independent/assisted living facilities in Florida and California before deciding on The Reserve and our whole family agrees that we picked the best possible environment for mom/grandma. We highly recommend The Reserve as a safe, caring and nurturing environment for your aging parent or loved one."

"We visited The Preserve yesterday and met Justin. The community is clean, beautiful, and in a very safe neighborhood — a place I’d feel good about for any senior. Justin really cares about helping seniors. He even helped a senior who couldn’t afford The Preserve by connecting him to us so we could find another safe option. That says a lot about his heart and the kind of person he is. We’ve now started a partnership with The Preserve, and I’m excited to work with them to help more seniors.
