"From the moment we inquired about bringing our mother to Highland Glen we have felt like we were considered family. I am grateful for the beautiful, clean and inviting environment. We have participated in activities that bring extended family together at my mother's home which helps all her family to feel like things are not so different than they have always been since my mother's home has always been a gathering place for us all. My mother is cared about and cared for. Everyone treats her with dignity and compassion. There is always so much going on that is engaging. We are truly grateful for everyone who plays a part in my mother's well being at Highland Glen."

She receives tender care and always has stimulating and fun activities for her and her friends. I’m so happy that she can be there. I never worry about her safety."

"My sweet mom has lived at Highland Glen for over a year and we are extremely happy with the care she is given. She still feels a sense of independence as she is living in her own place, and she has the help she needs at age 96. It’s perfect for her. "My mom has lived at Highland Glen for the past 3 years and it has been such a blessing to us. She is so happy there! She has made a lot of friends, loves her view of the mountains out the back of her room - especially when it's snowing! Everybody there knows her by name and they all take such good care of her. It is such a good community for her and I know she is safe and happy. If I ever need anything they are very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend Highland Glen to everybody! :)"

"My wife has been at Highland Glen for one full year, now. Over that time her needs have evolved as her circumstances have changed, and with those changes, The staff have been responsive and caring for her. When I arrive, I am always greeted by many by my first name and I feel a part of this important, vital effort to take care of my beloved wife. Thanks to the staff for all they do for these wonderful people!"

"We have had a very positive experience at Highland Glen. The staff and workers are very loving and provide professional care for all the residents. They know each one by name and are always visiting them and involving them in lots of daily activities. The activities person is very friendly and caring. When you visit, they are friendly and anxious to be helpful with the family and residents. Highland Glen is always clean and provides a comfortable place to visit. The food is good with a varied menu. I highly recommend Highland Glen. They are like family to me!"

My mom spent the last few months of her life at Highland Glen in the memory care section. I am incredibly grateful for each and everyone of the staff and caretakers. I appreciate their kind and respectful service to my mom. I am appreciative of the way they worked with us, her family, to help us care for her even under challenging circumstances."

"We loved Highland Glen and so did my sweet dad. He always said he liked the way he was treated there. Taylor, Kim, Connie and so many more of the staff took such good care of dad. He loved Taylor. My dad could be difficult at times but I could tell Taylor would take extra good care of him along with Kim! His room was always clean along with the rest of the facilitie. He loved going to church there every Sunday. The staff always made sure our family knew when my dad would fall and kept us updated on any concerns. They were so good about celebrating holidays with the family. When my dad passed away not only was my heart broken because of dad's passing it was also broken because I knew I wouldn't be seeing my Highland Glen family. Thank you for taking such good care of us!!! We love you."
