"I have been visiting Kirkwood for more than 6-7 years, and still am going there as a volunteer from St. Norbert Church. When I'm there I noticed the place is kept clean, organized, well-lit and decorated even the residents' rooms. The staff that I interact with are kind, caring, friendly, supportive and very helpful, especially Martha, Aurora and Shannen. We work as a team; and that makes a difference."

"Our experience in memory care has been different than AL since the transaction of our loved one. But there are a lot of caring caregivers. Jackie, and Natalie (Nat) are very kind and great caregivers with the memory Care residence. They work very well together as a team."
