Your Questions About Senior Living

|
You’ve got questions. We’ve got answers! From the common, “hmmmm, I wonder”, to the more complicated, “that’s a head scratcher,” MBK Senior Living’s new podcast was designed to be your guide to senior living. Utilizing over 30 years of industry experience and a team of experts, MBK’s podcast is a valuable resource for prospects and families.

“There are so many aspects to senior living that are unknown or simply misunderstood,” said Michelle Shinn, Corporate Director of Marketing for MBK Senior Living. “We believe education plays an important role in how we serve seniors and their families.”

“Our podcast was intentionally designed in an accessible, conversational way to introduce listeners to a variety of MBK Senior Living experts as we delve into a wide-range of topics that matter to our residents and their families,” added Shinn.

With eight episodes already out, covering topics anywhere from building renovation to MBK’s values as a company, from signature wellness programs to combatting Alzheimer’s and Dementia stigmas – there’s an episode for anyone’s interests and inquiries.

“Our goal is to help answer the common to the most burning questions about senior living and the issues that impact seniors in our communities,” said Shinn.

“It’s often fear of the unknown that prevents us from making a change – even one that holds tremendous potential,” said Shinn. “Our hope is that we can help dispel myths, so that taking that step to move to a senior living community isn’t daunting but rather a welcome change that brings new friendships, new opportunities, and greater peace of mind.”

Every time that I visited my dad, I enjoyed myself from the moment I walked in the door. The place is just alive! It was always a pleasure to go in and be greeted by name and say hello to everyone, staff and residents.
