Welbrook Arlington, our 207 apartment Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory care community in Riverside, CA is now called Citrus Place.
Why did we change the name?
On March 3, 2020, MBK Senior Living completed the purchase of Welbrook Arlington, a community we had been managing for Capital Senior Housing for the past 4 years. We managed the community so successfully, we are now the owners and the operators of Welbrook Arlington.
Nothing has changed. Except our name.
The same people, the same great care, and the same great reputation that have come to define Welbrook Arlington remains at Citrus Place. The name “Citrus Place” gives honor to the roots of Riverside and the history of the citrus industry here. The land that our community is on used to be a farm which grew citrus and pomegranate trees. We couldn’t think of a more fitting name for our community.
