Cadmus Named Regional Director of Operations, Overseeing MBK Senior Living’s

Southern California Communities

MBK Senior Living, a leading senior living provider in the Western United States, has promoted Morgan Cadmus to Regional Director of Operations. Tapping into more than 18 years of senior living operations and management experience, Cadmus will oversee the operations of the company's Southern California communities.

Cadmus joined MBK Senior Living in 2021 as the Executive Director of The Montera in La Mesa, California. Drawing on his extensive experience, Cadmus quickly made an impact. In less than a year, he brought stability to a community experiencing significant turnover, re-engaged team members, grew occupancy from 62.1% to 92.7%, moved in 116 new residents, reversed a negative NOI, and increased revenue 57%.

"Morgan epitomizes our company purpose of exceeding expectations and high-quality care," said Michael Bardelmeier, Senior Vice President of Operations for MBK Senior Living. "He wholeheartedly serves residents and their families, instills confidence, elevates standards, and inspires his team. But, what's more, he does it all with humility and a smile."

"His insight, knowledge, and enthusiasm will go far in supporting MBK communities, its residents and their families, and the MBK team members who care for them," added Bardelmeier.

Cadmus is actively involved with the San Diego County Aging and Independent Services Advisory Council. He is a mentor for MBK's Executive Director in Training program and University of Southern California Davis School of Gerontology graduates. He is active in Rotary International and a 3-year member of the AIS Advisory Council and Long-Term Care Ombudsman and Facilities Subcommittee.

Morgan is a graduate of the University of Southern California. He holds a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Business Management, B.S.B.M., and a Master's Degree in Gerontology-Aging and Services Management.

It's What We're Here For

"

Every time that I visited my dad, I enjoyed myself from the moment I walked in the door. The place is just alive! It was always a pleasure to go in and be greeted by name and say hello to everyone, staff and residents.
