"It's incredibly heartwarming when residents, their family members, and prospects share how our communities have made an impact in their lives," said Christy Van Der Westhuizen, vice president of sales and marketing. "The decision to move to a senior living community can be daunting, which is why peer-reviews like these can help prospects narrow choices and validate decisions."
Online reviews help seniors and families research and select the best senior care, providers. Not only do consumer reviews provide third-party information for prospects, but it also highlights a community's strengths, responsiveness, and trustworthiness – all critical factors to consider when making a move to a senior living community.
"Through online reviews, prospects can learn what sets one community apart from another, but there is no substitute for experiencing the community first-hand," added Van Der Westhuizen. "We encourage prospects to come in for a personal tour, enjoy a meal in our dining room, join in on a social or wellness activity. It's a wonderful opportunity to ask questions, meet potential friends and neighbors and see for yourself how our residents thrive.”
