Below are frequently asked questions about the MBK Senior Living Team Member Resident Referral Program.

Who can participate in the program?
Current MBK Senior Living and Home Office Team Members. Directors of Sales, Executive Directors, Directors of Health Services, and Home Office team members at the Regional or Director level and above are not eligible. 

How do I make a referral? 
Simply visit mbkseniorliving.com/employee-refer or speak with your executive director or MBK Senior Living manager. Complete the form and our team will take it from there!  

How do I receive my award? 
After your referral has lived in the community for at least 90 consecutive days, and provided your referral is not delinquent in any payments or otherwise in default under the residency agreement, your manager will submit the request in Workday for your $2,000 bonus. The bonus will be paid on the next pay period following approval. 

Are there any limits to the number of rewards I can receive? 
There is no limit to the number of rewards you can receive. We value our team members, and our referral program is our way of sharing our gratitude and saying thank you. 

Are there any other restrictions?
This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions and is valid only if the referring party is the original source.

Am I limited to referring to my own community?
You may refer a new resident to any participating MBK Senior Living community located in the states of Arizona, California, Colorado, Oregon, Utah and Washington*.

*Offer applies to participating communities only in the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado (excluding The Palisades at Broadmoor Park), Oregon (excluding Crystal Terrace), Utah, and Washington. Void where prohibited by law. This offer applies to new move-ins only and is not valid for communities accepting Medicare, Medicaid, or respite/short-term stays fewer than 90 days, Once the referral has resided at their community for a minimum of 90 consecutive days, and provided that the referral is not delinquent in any payments or otherwise in default under the residency agreement, the bonus will be processed and the referring MBK employee will receive a $2,000 bonus. New admissions are subject to determination of appropriateness for residency pursuant to company policies and applicable laws and regulations. Referrals of immediate family members (ie: parent, stepparent) are not eligible. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions and is valid only if the referring party is the original source. The offer is limited to one redemption per new residency agreement. The referrer must be employed by MBK Senior Living (i) at the time of the referral and (ii) when the referred resident reaches 90 days of residency.  Award may be considered taxable income in some jurisdictions. New residents must sign a residency agreement and move into a community by 12/31/2025 for the offer to apply.
