"My Mother moved into Northgate Plaza several months ago. She has been very happy there. Staff is kind and supportive, from the nursing staff to the desk staff to the dining & maintenance folks. Residents are friendly. Management is both caring and effective. Mom likes the food and the activities. We toured many places before choosing Northgate Plaza. We enjoyed eating lunch with Nicole. I am glad that we made this choice."

"Moved into Northgate Plaza about 2 months ago. Very nice place, clean and bright. Rooms have new appliances and a bathroom with a shower (handrails installed for added safety in the bathroom). Staff is friendly. Has a medical staff in house. Food service from 7 AM to 7 PM. Well planned menus. Salad, soup and main course for lunch and dinner. Excellent food service staff. Non gluten preparation is available if needed. Tables and chairs are in the outside areas in front and back of the building for the nice days of summer. No smoking in the building, there is a smoking area set up outside, away from the door and out of the rain. Weekly trips on Thursdays to various places - Stores (QFC/Fred Meyer/Trader Joe's), Parks and sometimes the casino. Events planned for most days of the week - bingo, trivia, movies, yoga, pinochle and bridge. Wi-Fi network access from your room. PC and printer available the lobby. Each room has access to tv cable service. Trips to the doctor via the Plaza's van (wheelchair lift equipped) on Tuesdays and Thursdays."

"One could not imagine a more welcoming, compassionate, and caring staff who are responsible for the Northgate Plaza facility operation! Be it Nicole, Michele, Phil... the list goes on that includes every service and activity offered for the care of each and every resident by each and every staff member whether it's serving you dinner, doing your washing or hugging you when you are feeling down. A perfect setting in a varied city neighborhood and lots of inside and outside interests to keep one busy if one so desires. Sorry. There is no pool, but lots of alternatives. If you have a loved one needing care and special attention to help enjoy and look forward to what life has ahead for them this place would more than meet that bill in every respect."

"Northgate-MBK Senior Living is a very welcoming community. From the moment we enter the building, the concierge will greets us with a smile and help us with locating our patients. The nursing staff is available to answer any questions that we may have in regards to our patients' care and to voice any concerns they may have. Michelle, Executive Director; Mindy, Director of Health Services; and Sherlyn, Director of Assisted Living all play a major role in helping us coordinate care for their residents. They make sure new residents and their families are aware of the services that Harmony Cares offers and they provide them with the resources, if and when needed, to help them onboard with our company. When looking for a senior community for your loved ones to call "home", this is definitely one of the nicest places in Seattle to consider. The staff and the residents are wonderful!"
