Sandi Flores

Sandi Flores, RN, C-AL, Director of Health Services

With over 25 years of experience in assisted living, Sandi has embraced and encouraged the trinity of clinical efficiency, advocacy, and ethics. In her role as director of health services, she is responsible for resident care and nursing support.

After graduating, she worked in ICU before transitioning and becoming an advocate for the practice of nursing in the assisted living setting. She has served as direct care provider, as well as participated in nursing research related to assisted living. As an educator she has directly taught more than 25,000 assisted living professionals and now dedicates her practice entirely to clinical leadership. In addition, Sandi has played an integral part in senior living associations, having contributed on numerous boards and advisory panels. Sandi has also contributed to countless assisted living nursing articles and training manuals.

With more than 21 years of experience in assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing, Crystal is responsible for overseeing MBK Senior Living’s memory care programs and independent and assisted living resident enrichment programs.

Crystal has an extensive background in operations, acute/skilled nursing and quality services. With an unparalleled combination of enthusiasm and expertise, Crystal has assisted in developing activity and dementia and Alzheimer’s programs in the United States, China and Canada.
