How many bedrooms are you interested in?
How many bathrooms are you interested in?
Do you require special medical attention or services?
Would you like to decorate your own home?
Would you like to have pets?
Would you like to participate in organized classes, events or activities?


Do you like the facility's location?
Do you like the facility's appearance?
Is the facility convenient for frequent visits by family and friends?
Is the facility near a shopping and entertainment complex?
Can residents access a medical complex easily?
Is public transportation available/accessible?
Does the staff present themselves in a caring & professional manner?
Do residents socialize with each other and do they appear content?
Can you talk with residents about how they feel about the community?
Is the staff appropriately dressed, friendly and outgoing?
Does the staff treat each other in a professional manner?
Are visits with the residents encouraged and welcomed at any time?


Is the floor plan well designed and easy to follow?
Are entryways & rooms accessible by wheelchairs & walkers?
Are elevators with handrails available?
Are floors of a non-skid material and carpets conducive for safe walking?
Does the residence have good lighting?
Are there fire sprinklers and clearly marked exits?
Is the residence clean, free of odors and appropriately heated/cooled?
Are there security features implemented for the safety of the residents?
Are the common areas attractive, comfortable and clean?
Is there an outside courtyard or patio for residents and visitors?
Does the floorplan accommodate your needs?
Are single units available and/or double occupancy units available?
Is the unit style you prefer available?
May residents decorate their own rooms?
Is there adequate storage space?
Is a 24-hour emergency response system accessible from the unit?
Are bathrooms private with handicap accommodations?
Does the kitchen have refrigerator/sink/cooking elements?


Does this community provide the level of care you need?
