disease or other related dementias. This uniquely designed
neighborhood promotes safety and a feeling of
well-being for our residents. Imagine a home-like setting

enhance and promote continued dignity, trust and peace of

In order to make "The Commons" your loved one's new home,
we begin with a personalized and confidential assessment
conducted by our team of health services professionals. We
recognize everyone is different and our attention to detail
reflects each resident's individuality.

Day Care at "The Commons"
Adult Day Care at "The Commons" is a program designed specially
for family members caring for a loved one at home. This program
allows the caregiver to place their loved on in a supervised,
warm, and caring environment up to ten hours daily.
Participants in the program may choose to spend part of the day
at various activities or scheduled excursions. Group activities
and intergenerational programs provide stimulating opportunities
for socialization and reminiscence.
Support Groups at "The Commons"
In affiliation with the Alzheimer's Association, support groups
are offered to provide assistance to the families of those with
Alzheimer's Disease.
The support group and education given provide strength and courage
to a loved one's family and friends. The group provides the opportunity
to meet in a mutually supportive atmosphere, creating a community
of care.
